Don’t miss your chance to share God’s love! We are hosting another Meadowbrook LOVES all-church missions event on Saturday, April 20.

Meadowbrook financially supports many Christian agencies locally, domestically and globally. This is OUR chance to SHOW UP in person and help our local agencies accomplish projects where they need more person-power.

Look at the various opportunities to serve listed. Note the locations; details of the project; and estimated length of time. If you try to sign-up with a particular agency and you can’t, this means that project has reached its capacity. Please try another agency. 

Childcare will be available at Meadowbrook from 8 am - noon only.   Please note that some of the times of serving are in the afternoon when no childcare is available.

We would like everyone to wear a Meadowbrook Loves t-shirt.

Care Net’s Family BBQ Fundraiser

First Woodway, 101 N Ritchie Rd, Woodway

9:00-11:00 am – Help Set Up for the Event

11:00am-2:00 pm – Service Opportunities during the Event include:

• Clean up as people finish eating
• People stationed around the event to make sure everyone is entering through the correct entrance
• Fishing Booth helping Children Cast (gear provided)
• Face Painting
• Work at Bake Table

2:00pm- 4:00 pm – Help Clean Up Event

Provide Baked Goods for CareNet Bake Sale

CareNet NEEDS homemade BAKED GOODS. You can bring these to the church on April 19th from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. A cart will be located by the church office. You can bring a dozen cookies, 2 pies, 1 cake…whatever you desire. You can also package for individual sale, or to sell as a complete item.

9:00 am-12:00 pm - Paint the walls, baseboards, and crown molding (come dressed to help paint).

Will meet in A1 at Meadowbrook

 9:00am-11:00am - Preparing treat bags for CPS workers

Shepherd’s Heart, Robinson Drive-Thru Food Pantry (Must be 14 years of age & older)

106 W. Lyndale, Robinson

8:30 am-12:00 pm – Serve at a food station distributing food into the vehicles, help with parking/traffic control

10:30 am-1:00 pm – Prep a light meal in MBC Kitchen and then transport to Food pantry to feed 30-40 volunteers

Shepherd’s Heart, Waco, ‘Things from the Heart’ Resale Store

Fairgate Shopping Center, 4014 Bosque Blvd

 10:00 am-12:30 pm - Help customers shop, organized donated items, clean around the store.
